Cold Spray Road Marking Machine
The cold spray delineator is a mechanical device commonly used for road marking, car park marking and other occasions. Its working principle is quite ingenious. It generates high-pressure air supplied to the marking gun through its own compressed air system and carries a paint drum for storing the paint, which is transported to the marking gun through a pump or a pressure pipe. The marking gun then, at the operator’s command, ejects the high pressure air and paint through a nozzle, where the high pressure air breaks up the paint into tiny particles and ejects them onto the surface to be marked. Finally, the sprayed paint particles cure quickly on contact with the air and form a visible line.
The advantages of the cold spray marking machine are also obvious. For example, the marking process is visible in real time, and the operator can control the width and quality of the marking by controlling the moving speed of the spray gun and the spraying pressure. Moreover, it is suitable for a wide range of road surfaces and environments, and its operation is relatively simple and convenient.
