This type of classifier adopts an advanced classification rotor design and optimized classification flow field, which enables fine classification of spherical, sheet-like, needle-shaped, and other materials. The product particle size is infinitely adjustable, with high classification efficiency and precise cutting points. A multi-stage grading system, composed of multiple classifiers connected in series, divides materials into several extremely narrow particle size ranges. It can be combined with ball mills and other crushers to form an integrated crushing and classification system. The use of a closed-loop system allows the safe classification of flammable, explosive, and easily oxidizable materials under inert gas protection.
